We wanted to check on ShiOkLogistics Delivery Management’s impact on Super Delivery Corp’s operations and asked Adams about it. “ShiOkLogistics Delivery Management Dashboard allows us to receive all delivery requests in just one platform. When we first began operations in 2016, we relied on excel and printed delivery orders. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we looked at developing custom software to manage our operations, including a mobile application to send delivery order details to our drivers to improve efficiency. The cheapest quotation we received was over $50,000. When we came across a logistics-orientated software provider with shared values, we knew ShiOkHoldings would be a beneficial partner.
The beauty of ShiOkDriver is that it’s developed to be easily used by drivers to maximize our client’s customer comfort. It allows our clients to provide their customers with an easy-call-driver function, real-time driver location updates, and verified secure delivery, allowing a seamless customer experience.
Furthermore, the clients are updated on the progress and completion of delivery. At the same time, we can monitor the progress and all of the deliveries as the drivers complete them. Crucially drivers receive all the required information to complete the deliveries. From pickup and drop-off time and location to contact details of the warehouse manager or the customer, our drivers have found it very easy to use ShiOkDriver with minimal errors.

ShiOkLogistics automates scheduling our drivers. By verifying driver availabilities and validating delivery drop zones, ShiOkLogistics assign delivery orders to our drivers. As a result, we can ascertain the location of our drivers, how many deliveries they have completed for the day, the time taken for each delivery, and plenty of other metrics. Combined with long-term performance evaluations, these allow us to reward our drivers fairly and effectively. Most of our drivers have been with us for more than 2 years!
